CAREER GROWTH
In my 30-year banking career, I grew from an accounting clerk to a supervisory role, overcoming self-doubt and building leadership skills along the way. I know what it’s like to strive for advancement, navigate workplace dynamics, and manage the stress and anxiety from taking on new responsibilities. Later, I started my own businesses in child care and senior caregiving, which taught me the courage needed to embark on an entrepreneurial path. These experiences allow me to help others set high goals, build confidence, and foster growth in their professional lives.
PERSONAL GROWTH
Life has brought me through seasons of immense personal growth. I’ve walked through the roles of wife, mother, and widow, learning to rebuild and find my own identity along the way. Losing my husband was a transformative experience, pushing me to cultivate inner strength and resilience. I’ve learned how to embrace my self-worth, pursue new dreams, and nurture a life of confidence and purpose. My journey has taught me that personal growth isn’t about perfection but about embracing your unique path and learning to believe in yourself.
RELATIONSHIP GROWTH
Relationships have been a cornerstone of my life, from my roles as a wife and mother to nurturing friendships and professional connections. I understand the complexities of effective communication, the importance of empathy, and the skills needed for conflict resolution. Building bonds within my family and circle of friends has taught me that genuine connections require patience, understanding, and active listening. I am passionate about helping others create and sustain meaningful relationships, whether they are personal or professional.
